The workshop is the first step towards designing a toolkit that allows educators and educational leaders to respond to challenges in education. The aim of the toolkit is to create structured and engaging way of thinking through the whole-school approaches to respond to school’s unique needs and problems by identifying what needs to change; engage relevant knowledge networks and experts within and beyond school; to find solutions and evaluate their impact. In the workshop we wish to engage educators, head teachers and other educational experts to discuss examples of change and the process to address them that will tailor the shape of the toolkit.
